Welcome to the World, Baby Owen!

“I spent many sleepless nights during my pregnancy asking for referrals and searching on Facebook for a newborn photographer.  I fell in love with Katie’s photographs and was so excited when I was able to lock her in for my newborn session.  Once Owen arrived, I scheduled my session within the first week.  She was fabulous with my son, her studio is so nice, very clean and she did not disappoint. She supplied all the props, had sound machines to calm my baby, and he was like putty in her hands. I couldn’t be happier with our photographs and can’t wait to schedule a family session later this year. Y’all.  Words like these make my heart SING!!! All the hearts. All the CAPS. ALL. THE. FEELS.  I love my job; I love capturing these tiny babies.  I love the challenge of newborns, capturing the tiny details and the big moments. Every little thing about it.  And Owen’s session was no different.  Just look at all the cuteness that we captured:

He was so sweet during his entire session.  I think he whimpered maybe once near the end.  Mom and dad were perfect and trusting and sat back watching the magic of the session. Mom told me she wanted earth tones, neutrals, and possibly some blues and grays.  I told her she came to the right spot!  The studio is completely stocked with all things neutral, classic, and earth tones galore. Mom had a blast browsing the different props and layers that are all over the studio.  To say this was a perfect fit on all levels is an accurate assumption.  Can’t wait to see this little guy grow in his milestones!
